Zehnder Annual Maintenance  

Maintenance unit maintenance includes: Inspection of HRV unit, inspection of exterior grills (if accessibly), verify flows and system balance, change filter, vacuum and clean supply and exhaust diffusers, vacuum internal fan cages, push and wash core, if necessary and spot-checking airflow in registers and system settings.   • Zehnder and SANCO2: System Diagnostics and Repair

  • Single family SANCO2 Self-Install Start-Up

  • Virtual or in person options available

Zehnder pre-drywall inspection:

  • A Zehnder pre-drywall inspection is the opportunity to spot errors before drywall goes up, identify and resolve incorrect tube connections, and check supply flow and return flows for leakage.
